Career and Leadership Coaching

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is for Senior Executives who want an experienced professional with expertise in coaching and senior level experience organizational life to support them through leadership challenges, in total confidentiality.

I usually provide Executive Coaching in organizations through my company Leaders Today, but I also welcome executives who come as private clients.  

For Coaches

Mentor Coaching

Professional coaches, internal coaches or leaders who use a style coaching style want to reflect on their practice. As a Mentor Coach, I provide  them with a sounding board to keep on track of their coaching strategies and skills. I help them tackle difficult coaching challenges and develop new competences.

ICF Mentor Coaching

As a registered ICF Mentor Coach , I support coaches who want to apply for credentialing from the International Coach Federation, (ICF) as Associated Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  It’s a mandatory requirement for ICF credentialing and involves extensive preparation around the ICF Core Competences and the Code of Ethics.

How it works

We first have a 30-minute complimentary call so you can tell me about your expectations and I can tell you a bit more about how I work.

If you decide to take up coaching with me, we’ll have a kick-off conversation to determine your aspirations, your goals, what you want to get out of the coaching process. We’ll create a road-map of the steps you’ll need to take to get to your goal. Together we’ll determine an estimate of the number of coaching sessions needed, which we can adjust at any time depending on your needs. There’s no steadfast rule but typically a coaching process lasts anywhere between 8 and 15 sessions.

Why I coach

In my long career, first as a human resources manager, then as a coach and coach trainer, I have accompanied hundreds of people toward achieving their dreams, and excelling at whatever they are passionate about.   Between career counselling, management consulting, supervision and coaching, I have accumulated over 20’000 hours of one-on-one conversations, assisting people in their development.

I think coaching is the best of professions, it’s very uplifting and rewarding! But I also believe that as a new profession, we have to be very rigorous about our qualifications, to ensure our credibility and start on a basis of trust with our clients.
