I love teaching and bridging the gap between complex research and practical tools for personal and professional growth.
As Director of the Leaders Today Academy, I design leadership development programs and have successfully trained hundreds of managers and leaders over the past 20 years in essential soft skills.
Previously, I spent eight years as a Senior Coach Trainer and Supervisor at the Institute of Coaching (IDC) in Geneva, leading the Professional Coach Certification program. Many of my trainees are now thriving internal and independent coaches.
I have lectured on International Careers at EMLyon and EDHEC Nice, coached global MBA students, and designed and taught a Self-Leadership course for the University of Applied Sciences (HEG) in Geneva, introducing Bachelor students to modern leadership theory and practice.
