I love teaching and sharing knowledge. I'm particularly keen on building a bridge between complex academic research and the practical tools that we need to improve our personal and work life on a daily basis.
As Director of the Leaders Today Academy, I design all the leadership development programs. I have a track record of successfully creating and delivering programs for leadership development, professional and personal growth. I have trained hundreds of managers and leaders over the last twenty years to easily adopt soft skills that enhanced their leadership.
I was a Senior Coach Trainer and Supervisor for 8 years at the Institute of Coaching (IDC) in Geneva, Switzerland, leading the Professional Coach Certification training program in English. I trained many professionals who are now successful internal or independent coaches.
I designed a course on Self-Leadership for the International Business Management Program of the University of Applied Sciences (HEG) in Geneva and taught it to Bachelor students, introducing them early on to what it takes be a leader today.
I have been a lecturer on International Careers at EMLyon Business School and EDHEC Nice, and served as coach for their global MBA students.
Today, I focus on teaching the programs in our Leaders Today Academy, which mostly focus on developing coaching skills for leadership.
