My work as Executive Coach goes through Leaders Today, our coaching and consulting boutique firm based in Geneva, Switzerland.

I work with CEOs and Senior Executives facing leadership challenges, they need a sounding board. As an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach I help them find the right direction and a viable action plan to achieve difficult strategic outcomes while dramatically enhancing their leadership presence.

I have been advising and coaching senior executives and senior managers for over two decades and I am always thrilled to see them re-energized as they find clarity to their concerns, and ways to realize organizational and leadership transformation.

Personal Leadership Coaching

I believe that coaching should be accessible to everyone, not only senior executives in companies. That's why I save a few time slots to work with private clients for Personal Coaching.  There is always a waiting list, so sign up in time if you want to work with me.

My private clients are highly motivated professionals who are determined to make a real change in their personal and work life.  They have strong aspirations, and want an experienced coach who will support them unfailingly to achieve their goals.

I have designed a Personal Leadership Coaching Program for you that combines personal coaching and leadership training modules.

Executive Leadership Coaching

• Your company hires me - or one of the coaches in my company -  to coach you for leadership development
• The corporate coaching goals comprise your personal development goals as a leader; your internal sponsor's expectations; the business results you want to produce
• The contract is between your company and my company, and managed by your HR Officer
• The coaching agreement (how we will work) is between you, your internal sponsor and me
• Our coaching conversations are confidential
• In my work I am accountable to you and to your company.
